I am a Textile Designer trained from the National Institute of Design (NIDH).

 

For me, handloom has become a medium to tell conscious & meaningful stories. In my journey so far, I have evolved her process to keenly observe details for a deeper understanding of handloom and material exploration.

 

This includes anticipating the affordances of a material in order to find opportunities in its underlying complexity and dynamism. The idea

of beauty in the simple & overlooked parts of life informs my designs while exploring various textures.

 

My synergy with indigenous processes and communities helps me foster Innovation and research with warmth.
